WONDER SMOOTHIE – Coriander Detox Booster

One of the health benefits of coriander is that it detoxifies your body and boost the immune system. Coriander has impressive nutritional benefits, being high in proteins and dietary fibres. An energising and unique smoothie with the benefits of coriander and ginger.

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cups spinach (1 handful of fresh spinach)

1/4 cup coriander (fresh, use the stems as well as the leaves)

1 cup water

1/2  banana

1/2 lime juice

1 tbs of chopped ginger (fresh)

1/2 Celery stalk

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth. 

Drink and enjoy!
